Description

Once you've created an article in Joomla, if you want it to appear on the frontend of your website, you'll need to add it to a menu. This instructions shows you how to add an article to a menu.

Step By Step

1) Click Menus from the menu bar; then click Main Menu.

2) Click the New button to create a new menu item.

3) Under Select Menu Item Type, click Articles, and then click Article Layout.

The Menu Item Type windows opens as shown below:

4) In the Title field, type a name for the menu.

5) Under the Parameters (Basic) area, click the Select button to open a list of all your articles.

6) In the list that displays, click on the title of the article you want to display.

7) Click the Save button to save the menu item.

8) Now go to the front end of your website to view the newly added article.

You may need to refresh your browser to see your changes.
