What makes us stand out from others who do what we do is that we not only understand the technology but we make sure that the business side is not forgotten in the website develpment and online marketing process. We approach technology from a business goals perspective. No matter how great technology is, it loses its value if it doesn't support your business goal. Most often people choose a technology because it's the latest and greatest but get stuck with a tool they can't or don't use because they never really tied it to their goals. We help business owners identify and use technology that supports their business goals.
My Background
Janice Gentles-Jones have a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Queens College. She led the IT Training and Helpdesk department for a large New York pharmaceutical firm for seven years and have conducted computer training for more than 6,500 people over the span of my corporate career. For the past four years Ms. Gentles-Jones worked exclusively with entreprenuers and organizations helping them to develop a successful web presence and market their business or organization online.
On A Personal Note
Ms Gentles-Jones is very blessed. She is a mom to a 5 year old son and a 1 year old daughter, a wife to wonderful, supportive husband, a sister to an awesome young woman who is one of her dear friend, a daughter to a loving and encouraging father and friends with some really awesome, intelligent, supportive, down-to-earth people.
